Resident of Apling, Georgia, Mark McLeod was arrested last month for stalking Miley Cyrus on her movie set for The Last Song. Apparently, he told policemen that he was engaged to Miley Cyrus when they found him in Tybee Island. He also mentioned that Miley communicated to him through secret messages found in her photos and in her show, Hannah Montana.

This incident isn’t a first time occurrence with McLeod. He was actually violating a court order to stay away from Miley when he went to Tybee Island to see her on set. He will appear in court on September 1 to answer any misdemeanor charges he incurred.

That’s right fans, Miley will be on Elle’s August Issue and let me just say it’s a hot one. Miss Miley Cyrus sure loves to explore her sexuality by posing and dressing provocatively. In one photo, Miley is draped across a table with a skimpy black dress and knee high boots. Being 16, I can understand that this age range, most girls are getting to know themselves and trying out new things. Let’s just hope it looks tasteful!

If you want to see Miley perform, make sure you get your tickets fast. They are selling out like hotcakes. This Wal-Mart sponsored tour will kicks off in Portland Oregon on September 14 and end in Miami on December 2. Although tickets went on sale June 13 there is still time left.
